1. I have a concern about my order, what’s the easiest way to contact you?
For any urgent questions or concerns, please email us at shoprosari@gmail.com. Our small team personally handles all inquiries and we’re happy to help however we can.


2. I need to change my shipping address. What should I do?
If you need to update your shipping address, email us at shoprosari@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. The sooner you contact us, the better chance we can make the change before your order ships.


3. Where is my shipping confirmation?
Please allow 24–48 hours for your shipping confirmation to arrive. High demand or holidays may cause slight delays. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder—then feel free to reach out if needed.


4. Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Tracking can take 2–4 business days to reflect updates after your order is processed. If there’s no movement after that time, send us an email at shoprosari@gmail.com so we can check it out.


5. Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do ship internationally! Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location outside the US.


6. What if I want to cancel an order or change my mind?
We get it—things happen. If you’d like to cancel or make a change, please contact us within 1–2 days of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to modify it if it has already shipped.


7. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items, as long as they’re unused and not damaged. Just email shoprosari@gmail.com to begin the return process—we’ll take care of you.
